General Line
This line consists of standard and special purpose machines designed to meet the
welding needs of most industries like Automobile, White Goods, Aerospace/Aviation,
Electrical Switchgear, Semiconductor, Steel Mill and Metal Furniture
Manufacturing.
This line includes Spot, Projection, Seam and Flash Butt Welders, Metal Gathering
Machines, Resistance Heating Machines, Resistance Solidification/Brazing Machines,
Capacitor Discharge Projection Welders, Capacitor Discharge Stud Welders, Strip
Seam Welders, Portable Spot Welders etc.
Container Line
This line caters exclusively to the metal container industry. The range includes
Medium Speed and High Speed Automatic Side Seam Welders (Bodymakers),
Semi-automatic Side Seam Welders, Stretch Formers, Paneling Machines, Beading
Machines, Roll Formers, Ear Lug Welders, Handle Welders, Conical Expanders
and other allied machines.
Rail Welding Line
This line has been developed to meet the stringent standards required for the
manufacture of continuous welded railway tracks. The range consists of
Rail Flash Butt Welders, Weld Flash Strippers, Weld Data Recorders, Rail
Straightening Presses and Rail Grinding Machines.
In addition to machine building, mechelonic engineers also provides other
value added services. These include providing engineering services to help set up
welding plants, providing service & maintainance for large welding plants, and
executing turnkey projects.

Service & Maintainance
mechelonic engineers maintains a team of trained engineers and technicians
specifically to service and maintain large welding plants. Their services can be
used either for complete overhauls or periodic servicing (annual maintainance contracts)
of such plants. mepl currently offers these services to several Rail Flash Butt
Welding Plants that belong to the Indian Railways.
